We are Braden and Brittany Kaup, a brother and sister team and the fifth generation of home builders in our family. For us, building homes is more than just a career, it is a legacy we are proud to continue. Our family’s history in construction spans generations and is built on a strong foundation of quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating communities families are proud to call home.
Braden Kaup
Braden is a skilled civil engineer with a strong foundation in both commercial and residential construction. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Western Michigan University and began his career managing large scale commercial projects as a project manager for a prominent construction firm.
After five successful years in the commercial sector, Braden returned to residential construction and joined the family business, bringing a fresh perspective and refined project management experience. Most notably, he led the development and completion of a 20 townhome neighborhood, delivering quality craftsmanship, efficient execution, and satisfied homeowners.
Braden currently resides in New Lenox with his wife, Cascidy, and their daughter, Ellenor. His dedication to excellence, practical engineering knowledge, and hands on construction experience make him a trusted leader throughout every phase of the building process.
Brittany Kaup
Brittany brings over 15 years of experience in residential construction, combining business expertise with a refined eye for design. Having dedicated her entire career to the industry, she has built a strong foundation across all facets of construction, from office management and sales to interior design.
Brittany earned certifications in AutoCAD from Red Rocks Community College and pursued Business Administration studies at Governors State University. Her blend of practical knowledge and creative vision allows her to manage every stage of a project, from behind the scenes planning to the final finishes, ensuring clients receive thoughtful, personalized service and exceptional results.
Residing in Manhattan, Brittany enjoys life with her three children, Kinley, Presley, and Jackson. She takes pride in helping clients transform their ideas into reality through thoughtful design and expert guidance.
